Cancellation & Late Policy
A minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice is required or a no-show fee equivalent to the full session amount will be charged.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered to have missed their appointment and a fee equivalent to the full session may be charged.
Exceptions may be made for unforeseen emergencies or illness. Please email with as much notice as possible.
